Perception of soil health card by the farmers of Bilaspur district

Soil is a critical part of successful agriculture. The soil health card scheme has led to decline 8-10% in the use chemical fertilizers and also raised productivity by 5-6% (NPC). study was conducted four blocks Bilaspur district Chhattisgarh during year 2019-20. SHC beneficiary farmer these who are engaged with SHCs activities. 30 holder farmers were randomly selected from each block constitute sample size 120 for study. data collected through personal interview method help pre-structured scheduled designed objective finding out perception regarding utility analyze constraints expressed utilization card. revealed that majority holders (95.83 per cent) had medium high level about Health Card. probable reason this result might be fact education above secondary education, mass media exposure scientific orientation i.e. not only affected basic characteristics but awareness.
